RoloCRM Update – May 2019

features_update_v2

It is the start of summer and a hot, exciting month at RoloCRM.

Last month we had rolled out RoloCRM for Real Estate – a suite of add-ons specially for our customers in the Real Estate Industry. We also added integrations with Google Drive, Google Calendar and Twilio.

During May we focused on under-the-hood maintenance and bug fixes. Things that would improve your experience with the features we rolled out earlier.

Roloscope There was an issue with Roloscope on some phones. When the phone was in locked state, Roloscope would not show up during incoming calls. We have addressed this issue. You will now be able to see caller details even when the phone is locked. You will have to unlock the phone to get access to CRM information (this is an Android limitation)

Notes If you typed out long notes (e.g. meeting minutes), you would have found it difficult to view the entire content in earlier releases. We have now made it easier to view the entire content. So type away to your heart’s content

Onboarding We have added a few tweaks to make it easier for new users to start using RoloCRM.

SMS Scheduler Scheduling SMS messages is now supported on the web as well. When you have a contact open, click on the three-dot menu on the top right to send or schedule an SMS to customers from your desktop.

Importing Contacts You can now import contacts from Google Drive on the desktop.

Reporting We have fine-tuned some reports. We have also added the ability to export reports to Google Drive.

In the next month’s update, we should be able to give you some good news about the much awaited version of RoloCRM app for the iPhone.
