It does not matter what CRM or sales tracking software you use. When it is time to add information, you need to look up a contact, and log the information. This is grunt work. You need to find the contact and add information to it.
With RoloCRM we try to make it easy for you to log information. We automatically log calls and SMS messages. If you want to add notes after a call, it is just a swipe away.
But we know there will be situations where you need to lookup up contacts. For example, you want to call all the leads assigned to you today.
Now, when your boss assigns a hundred leads to you and asks you to ensure you call every one of them. All you have to do is.
- Open the contacts tab
- Tap on filters
- Select ‘Never Contacted’
- Tap ‘Apply’
Now start calling and watch the number of contacts go down from a hundred to zero.
