Initiate a call to the customer and observe the floating bubble that appears with customer details.

Step 2

Tap on the floating bubble (CallerID) to get details of past interactions from the CRM.

Step 3

Navigate to customer profile and check that the information under ‘activities’ matches that shown in the Roloscope (CallerID bubble)

Step 4

Navigate to customer profile and check that the information under ‘notes’ matches that shown in the Roloscope (CallerID bubble)
