Introduction
RoloCRM is a simple but powerful CRM that helps businesses track their customer contacts and conversations. Sales reps can enter data without having to learn complicated software. Business can get better visibility without having into invest time in training and configuration. It is a win-win.

To help you understand RoloCRM’s features, we have setup a test account. The credentials for this account are available on the submission form.
Signing into RoloCRM
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
RoloCRM is available on Android and as a web app.
When you attempt to login, RoloCRM will ask you for an email address. You will receive a 6-Digit One Time Password (OTP) at this email address. You need to enter this OTP to login.
As mentioned above, we have setup a test account for you on RoloCRM. The email address and password associated with this test account has been provided on the permissions declaration form.
Please do the following to Login to RoloCRM
1. On the login screen, type out the email address provided on the permissions declaration form
2. Retrieve the OTP from the GMail account using the credentials given on the permissions declaration form.
3. Enter the OTP on the next screen to proceed further

Managing Teams
The test account has been setup with a team. Use the instructions below to

Adding Contacts - On Mobile
There are many ways to add a customer contact to RoloCRM. You can
1. Import contacts from your Android phone book
2. Simply add a new contact using the App
3. EZ Add – convert calls to leads.
4. Scan a business card and add to RoloCRM
Import Contacts
When you are starting to use RoloCRM, you may already have some of your customer contacts in your Android phone book. You can import those contacts to RoloCRM using the instructions below.
You can add a contact from the contacts tab using the instructions below
Convert incoming calls to leads – If you just got a call on your phone and want to convert that number to a lead, use EZ Add.

There are many ways to add a customer contact to RoloCRM. You can

Adding a reminder or an event to a contact
You can add an event for a contact using RoloCRM. The instructions below show how you can add an event from the Android app and view it on the web. It is also possible to add an event on the desktop app.
Tracking visits -logging physical meetings
If you visit a customer at their offices or you would like to log a physical meeting with a customer, you can log them on RoloCRM as ‘visits’. The address for the visit is captured automatically
Adding a note to a contact
You can add a note for a contact using RoloCRM. The instructions below show how you can add a note from the Android app and view it on the web. It is also possible to add a note on the desktop app.
Tracking Payments and Collections
If you want to track expenses, collections or any other monetary activity, you can track them using the payment module.
Sending or Scheduling SMS messages to customers
Using RoloCRM, you can schedule an SMS to customers to be delivered at a later time. Use the instructions below to schedule an SMS using RoloCRM.
Logging Emails
When you use RoloCRM, Emails messages exchanged with customers are automatically logged.

How We Use The Permissions We Request

READ_CALL_LOG | Display a list of all calls exchanged with customer. Allow the user to add notes from the call log using a slide out menu. |

A note about integrations with other CRMs
RoloCRM integrates with Zoho, Hubspot and Freshsales. In order to use the integration, the user must select one of these CRMs at the time of setup. Once that is done, RoloCRM automatically logs calls and SMS messages on that CRM. See https://rolocrm.in/zoho-ins for an example.
