Verifying Automatic logging of SMS to Zoho CRM

From the SMS tab, tap on the contact to initiate an SMS.

Step 2

Compose and send an SMS

Step 3

Open ZohoCRM on the web and navigate to contacts. Click on the contact. Verify that the SMS you sent has been logged on ZohoCRM automatically.
